Her additional experience in content development, collaborative writing, editing, project managing, copy writing, and marketing gives her a comprehensive understanding of the book publishing process from concept to finished product.
In a successful career spanning two decades and more than seven hundred books, she has worked with many well-known authors, including Charles Swindoll, Andy Andrews, Elisa Morgan, Franklin Graham, Donald Miller, Sheila Walsh, Max Lucado, John Hagee, and Neta Jackson. She has also edited books by such celebrities as Deborah Norville, Scott Hamilton, Robin McGraw, Lynn Spears, Randall Cunningham, Lydia McLaughlin, and Gavin MacLeod. She is recognized in the industry not only for her expert editorial skills but for developing long-standing professional relationships with authors throughout multiple book projects.
Jennifer has edited several New York Times Best Sellers (including the record-setting Heaven Is for Real by Todd Burpo with Lynn Vincent, now a major motion picture). Sixteen of her titles have been selected as finalists for the Evangelical Christian Book Association’s prestigious Christian Book Award (formerly Gold Medallion Book Award), including eight winners.
In addition to editing, Jennifer has ghostwritten several books and writes regularly for various ministries, including Pathway to Victory in Dallas. She was a contributing writer to The One Year Devotional of Joy and Laughter (Tyndale, 2011), the 7 Minute Marriage Solution devotional Bible (Worthy, 2013), and Fulfilled: The NIV Devotional Bible for the Single Woman (Zondervan, 2014).
Her compilation experience includes The Max Lucado Inspirational Reader (Thomas Nelson, 2011) Second Chances: More Stories of Grace (Thomas Nelson, 2013), Dad Time (Thomas Nelson, 2014), Let the Journey Begin repack (Thomas Nelson, 2014), as well as researching materials to develop derivative products for several authors.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas A&M University and completed her master’s studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She currently resides with her three children in Fort Worth, Texas.
