Jennifer Gingerich

Writer, Editor

Jennifer Gingerich is a Nashville-area editor and writer with fifteen years’ experience in book and content publishing. She started her editing career as a managing book editor for Thomas Nelson Publishers, then transitioned to freelance work, managing and editing books and curriculum for various clients as well as writing study guides, back cover copy, and training materials. Most recently she spent five years at Ramsey Solutions (Dave Ramsey’s company) where she served in various leadership roles—first leading a small copyediting team and finally leading a content development team of more than thirty writers and editors. She transitioned back to freelance editing in late 2018 to spend more time with her family and to do more of what she loves: editing and writing.

Her skills include project management, substantive editing, line editing, copyediting, proofreading, and writing. She has worked on a little bit of everything, including adult nonfiction, children’s curriculum and VBS materials, picture book to board book conversions, young adult and children’s books, high-school and college curriculum, devotionals, guided journals and planners, and gift books.

A few of the projects she has worked on include:
